My Newest Manifestation Ritual: Safe & Secure E129

I have an awesome goody for you today. This has blown my mind and has provided me with a quantum leap in my manifestation efforts. I’m so grateful that this information came to me to open my eyes where I was standing in my own way – unknowingly. Let’s get started to discover my newest manifestation ritual. I will share something with you today that I just discovered in the last few months. It has made a huge difference in my manifestation practice. And thankfully it came at the right time for me to even build it into my new program Energy Academy. And all of it comes from my own experience. ※ YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND NEEDS TO FEEL SAFE & SECURE ※ When I discover a new knowledge or tool that helps me to uncover more about myself or to manifest my dream life, then I immediately want to share it with you. I have this inner drive of sharing huge realizations with all of you so it can help you too. And today I share one of these impactful realizations. It’s that your subconscious mind needs to feel safe & secure with what you want to manifest. And if it doesn’t, it can block your manifestation efforts without you even being aware of it. Let me take a step back and explain how this comes about. ※ 95% OF YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND CREATES YOUR REALITY ※ You have heard me say this many times before: Your subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your reality. You control or manage only 5% of your reality with your conscious mind. That’s why it’s so important to get your subconscious mind on board with any changes or manifestations you want to bring into reality. Your 5% conscious willpower would never be enough to go against the 95% subconscious power if both of them hold opposing thoughts and beliefs. ※ YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND WANTS TO KEEP YOU SAFE AND SECURE ※ The other piece of knowledge that plays a role in this is that your subconscious mind wants to keep you safe. The subconscious mind has many tasks but one of them is to keep you safe and secure at all costs. Now if you want to manifest something that you don’t have yet experienced, your subconscious mind might deem it as unsafe. It doesn’t know it yet and it cannot predict what’s going to happen. The change you want to make or manifestation you want to realize is an unknown so far. You and your subconscious mind have not lived it yet, so your subconscious mind cannot classify it as safe. So to be sure that you are safe, it better classifies it as unsafe. Makes sense, right? ※ YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND MIGHT DEEM YOUR DESIRE UNSAFE ※ Your subconscious mind cannot differentiate between what you want and don’t want. Or what is good for you or bad for you unless it’s about your survival. Let me give you an example. Let’s say you want to be promoted. You have been stuck on the same level in your company for the last 6 years and you know that you are ready for the next level. You know it’s going to be unknown territory but you are so sick and tired from working in your current job. So you have already applied for several positions but nothing has worked out so far. Either you have not even been invited to an interview or you have lost out to other candidates. Remember that your subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your reality. So what if your subconscious mind deems the promotion unsafe? It doesn’t care if you are sick and tired of your current role and you want to put yourself out there for a promotion. At minimum at your current level, you are safe. It’s the known. You lived it for many years. So your subconscious mind deems the current undesired situation as safe and will do anything to keep you there. ※ OPPOSING BELIEFS IN YOUR CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS MIND ※ Your subconscious mind might have programmed beliefs that prevent you from getting the promotion. It could be about … … being scared of too much responsibility on the next level. … getting a huge pay increase on the next level but you grew up with limiting money beliefs that prevent you from earning so much. … a belief that you would need to work even harder on the next level but your body is already burned out. So to protect your health and survival your subconscious mind will sabotage your efforts to get the promotion and have to work even more. That’s the discovery I made a few months ago. My subconscious mind deems my desires to be unsafe and therefore influences me to self-sabotage and not get into the right frequency to attract my desire. All of the efforts that I make with my conscious mind can never be strong enough to go up against the programming in my subconscious mind to keep me safe and secure. ※ FIND A WAY TO REPROGRAM MY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND ※ Therefore, I need to find a way to reprogram my subconscious mind to believe that my desires are safe so it starts to be in alignment with my manifestation efforts and supports me instead of working against me. I literally have to have a conversation with my subconscious mind and show it how my desire is going to be safe for me and how it might even be better and safer for me to have my desire come true than being stuck in the current undesired situation. ※ RECEIVE CLARITY BY ASKING YOURSELF THESE 3 POWERFUL QUESTIONS ※ But before I do that, I want to investigate and find out why my subconscious mind finds my desires unsafe. And to discover that I created a few powerful questions to get clarity on what was standing in my way. If you have an area in your life where you are struggling to manifest something and you are eager to give this a go then get a pen and paper and write those questions down. 1. What do I think I will lose if I change or manifest my desire? 2. Who do I think I will lose if I change or manifest my desire? 3. What is the benefit I am getting from staying in the current undesired situation? What am I getting out of this right now? These 3 powerful questions will provide you with the answer to why your subconscious mind keeps you stuck in your current state and won’t support you changing or manifesting your desire. ※ LEARN HOW TO CHANGE THE SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING IN ENERGY ACADEMY ※ When you have some time for yourself, ask yourself these questions and journal on what comes up. You will be surprised by all the beliefs that are inside of you holding you back from manifesting. And like I said many times before. If these are thoughts and beliefs that are programmed in your subconscious mind, then they are more powerful than what you think and believe with your conscious mind.
